Although a rumor, based on the fact that the S24 Ultra might come with UFS 4.0 and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, it’s totally viable that we will get 4K @ 120 FPS video recording.
And even if you’ll need quite a bit of space to record at 4K with 120 FPS, it will be worth it. And you can always just get th 1 TB version.
One of the scenarios where recording at 120 FPS comes in handy are slow-motion edits. The movement just looks better.
Even if it is unmentioned in the leaks, the Galaxy S24 Ultra will probably come with 8K recording too, like the S23 Ultra did too. But most likely, like on the S23 Ultra, it will get too hot after a couple of minutes. But anyway, since 8K recordings require quite a bit more hardware resources to edit comfortably, 4K seems like the best option for now.
